Many candidates are uninterested in temporary contract jobs and prefer to hold out for permanent positions instead, but temp assignments can lead to something more permanent.   Our clients are converting contract employees to full time who already know the products, processes, and software associated with the company.  Since the beginning of 2012, nearly 70% of ANTT’s contractors have been converted to permanent employees or are still on contract awaiting a perm conversion.  At the very least, temporary assignments are proving to be a great opportunity to gain experience you didn’t have before, network with people within your industry, and acquire fresh professional references.
